Puma Knife: Special Limited Edition NKM 2013 4 Star Folding Lock Blade Knife with Custom Handle
PUMA 4-Star single blade lock back knife, with Oyster Shell mix handle.
New in the original box.
This knife was a short run SFO (special factory order) for the National Knife Museum (NKM) made by Puma in Solingen, Germany in 2013.
These knives were delivered by the factory to the renowned knife designer Michael Prater who designed and installed the Oyster Shell mix handles at his shop in the USA.
These knives were then sold to NKCA members as the museum knife for 2013.
Only a very limited run of these 4 Star folding knives were produced.
Blade steel: 440A stainless steel
Hardness: 55-57 HRC
Blade thickness: 3 MM
Closed length: 4"
Handle Material: Oyster shell scales made & installed by Prater & Co.
Bolster: Nickel silver
Liners: Brass
