Original and Rare 1999 "PUMA Auto" White Hunter Style knife with beautiful Rosewood Hard Wood Handle.

These knives usually were made with a Jacaranda Handle with the occasional Rosewood Handle.
This one also has the part serrated part of the underside of the blade.
Stunning mint example of this beautiful Puma knife.
In its original Tan Leather sheath and a Black Original Puma Box but the number is different on the label to the Knife number. We are not sure why ?
Absolutely mint condition with no marks on either sheath or knife.
Knife has never been out, carried or sharpened and is completely original condition.
Knife model number is 12 6390 AUTO and control number on the knife is 33991 which means it was made in the 1st half of 1999 and is currently 26 years old.
Blade reads 12 6390 HANDMADE PUMA AUTO GERMANY STAINLESS
The AUTO knife (Following the famous White Hunter profile) was meant for use as an all purpose knife and to be either used in the field as a hunting/camping knife with the leather belt sheath and then when in the car, the knife was removed from the leather sheath and on some models a Plastic sheath housed the knife in the side door or conveniently placed in the roof lining of the vehicle.
Hence the term 'AUTO MESSER' and the translation from German to English 'Car Knife'.

Sheath: Light Tan Brown Leather with fastening stud and leg tie. One small age mark on rear of sheath which can be seen in the second from last image. Box has a few age and storage marks.
