Age verification for knife purchase

Puma Lieutenant Lockback Folding Knife Anomaly.

This is a Model number: PU230260 Lieutenant folding knife which instead of the usual 230260 number on the blade, it has a number of 26C ? (see 2nd image) we can only come to a conclusion that this was a mistake (maybe a few too many Steins of Ale the night before they made this knife on a Friday morning perhaps ?) But we do stand corrected if anyone knows the real reason for this number 26C

Condition: The knife is in excellent condition with just a few light handling marks and it may have been very lightly touched with a steel but holds its full edge. It opens and closes with a nice snap and has just a small amount of play in the blade when opened.

There are a couple of light marks near the top of the blade which could possibly be polished out.

More importantly it is a bit of an anomaly due to the 26C and these anomolies are quite collectable for the Puma collector. Of course, there is only one of these and it is reasonably priced based on condition.

Measures 3 7/8" closed, with a 2 7/8 " clip blade made of 440A stainless steel, sand-blasted finish. Blade thickness: 3 mm.

Rockwell hardness 55-57.

Handle is black ABS scales, with zinc-coated bolsters.

Handmade in Solingen Germany and now no longer made by Puma.
