This is in fantastic condition for its age at 59 years old.

Older model 3585 Forsterknicker knife serial number 84607 which means it was made in the 4th Qtr of 1967.

With its original Dark Forest Green Leather Sheath and beautiful vintage Wooden Puma Box with Puma Label and original Brass Placque.

These wooden boxes fetch close to $400 each on there own so this is a perfect example for the Puma Collector and no longer available from Puma Germany so very collectable.

Made in the 4th Quarter of 1967. in 2026 It is currently 59 years old and excellent to almost mint for age.

It is fantastic condition, no real noticable marks, dings etc and it looks to be unsharpened and never been used. A few minor scuffs and a slight rub mark on the blade which will probably polish out but we have left it in original untouched condition. It looks like some of the lacquer may have come off of the black Ebony just near the hilt. The Stag Antler is beautifully aged and all the pins are in excellent condition.

The Sheath is the older Dark Green style with Puma Studs and is in almost mint condition.

The box has its Green Baize lining in the top half and the brass placque is also included which again is in good condition albeit a little faded in the writing.

Stamped on the blade is:

PUMA FORSTER-NICKER Nach Oberforstmeister FREVERT INOX PAT 1100503 Best.No.3585 GERMANY HANDERBEIT and on the other side by the hilt is the date stamp of 84607

I would put the whole ensemble at around 98+%
