Puma Knife: Rare Nicker Knife with Built in Fork Set
This is a beautiful rare Puma Knicker Knife and built in Fork which fits in to the handle and screws in to the base of the sheath.
A very rare, mint and unused piece.

Both knife, Fork and Sheath are in almost mint condition.
Full Length of knife in the sheath is approx 25cm.
Knife length is approx 23cm
Sheath with Fork screwed in is approx: 21cm
Really nice quality Puma Knife/Fork Set. Designed to allow the carrier to have a beautiful Nicker (Traditional Trouser Knife) and a built in fork which is secured in the sheath, removed and screwed in to the base of the solid sheath to make a fork and hence a complete dining set.
Stamped on the blade is PUMA SOLINGEN MADE IN GERMANY ROSTFREI HANDARBEIT.
Mirror finish blade is totally unused, unsharpened and just has a slight mark where it has been taken in and out of the sheath.
The sheath is solid metal (Top and Bottom), wood and leather construction with a slot to house the fork which is removed and screwed in to the base of the sheath to give you the knife and fork in one sheath.
There is no date stamp on this set but we believe it to be circa 1950's-60's but are not certain.
These sets from PUMA are very rare and a great talking piece and look at home on the Cheese/Fruit Plate when entertaining as well as a Ladies or Gentlemen's outdoor dining set.
