The RRT hand held launcher combines the sound of a shot with the flight of the dummy to create a superior training exercise. The head is constructed of cast aluminum and the barrel is machined from high grade aluminum stock. This eliminates any concerns of rust or corrosion inhibiting the use of the launcher. The firing pin is machined from stainless steel and has a brass seat that helps prevent residue from the blank cartridge being blown back into the handle. This eliminates the need for cleaning of the firing pin and spring. The self closing thumb latch makes for simple one handed opening and closing. When using the combination of our launcher with our new aluminum insert dummies the handler will see dramatically reduced recoil and this fact has been tested to be the lowest of any other hand held launcher on the market.

The RRT Dummy Launcher is an excellent tool to help teach and reinforce the hunting situation of the sound of a "bang" with the "marking" of a bird in the sky. Great for long and short retrieves by adjusting the flight angle and the strength of the .22 calibre blank launching load. Varying distances from 100' to 200' can be attained accurately and easily by using different power loads and dummies.

The launcher's solid aluminum frame construction means no lost training time from broken plastic components like on other brands.

Launcher dummies are not included but can be purchased separately.

The RRT and DT systems Featherweight launcher dummies, Remington Camo Dummy and Dokken Deadfowl Dummies will all work with the RRT Systems Super Pro launcher and are available as additional items from SOS.

The system works on .22 blank cartridges available from most Gun Shops and some .22 construction charges available from leading DIY stores. (Appropriate licences may be required to purchase the charges).

Check compatibility of charges first before firing and always wear ear and eye protection.

According to NSW Firearms Registry written advice (01/02/2012), this device is not classed as a firearm, however as State laws may vary, you should check with your own state Firearms dept before using this training aid and all care and consideration should be taken as to where and whom it is used by and with regard to your own and public safety.
The dummies can carry a reasonable distance and we suggest you use this item safely in an appropriate area with due courtesy to the general public.
