Limited Edition Model No.2 SCI (Safari Club International) 'Cape Buffalo Horn and Bone Handle Model number 89 of only 100 made.

Made in 1995 by S.Mackrill Custom Knives in South Africa No.2 in the series for Safari Club International in the USA
Beautiful hand made classic drop point knife which is a special edition 'Cape Buffalo Horn and Bone Handle with Brass Bolsters and Brass Pins and only 1 available.
This is number 89 of 100 and a rarity in Australia.
Each knife is unique as the texture and colour of handles differ between each knife
Comes in a beautiful custom made Red Baize Lined "Meranti" Wooden Box with original paperwork.
The blade is made from Polished BOHLER N690 Steel vacuumed hardened to Rockwell Scale 60 RC with a cutting angle of 25 degrees.
The handle is made from Cape Buffalo Horn and Bone and Brass Pins finish off the beautiful handle. (Please note detailed images with some natural flaws in the handle which are part of the horn/bone/wood) Each handle has been cut slightly differently with the angles of bone fit (Black and White) varying to make each knife individual.

'Mackrill Custom Knives was established in 1991 by Stephen (Sr.) and Michele Mackrill in Johannesburg, South Africa. Stephen and his son, Stephen Jr. are custom knife makers, artists and perfectionists. Stephen Sr. passed away in 2012. Stephen Jr. continues the work and legacy of his father.'
