This is a rare Game Warden Model 971 folding knife in the original and Green and Yellow Plastic Box and original matching warranty card.

Excellent condition for age Game Warden from 1978.
Serial No. 43782 Which means it was made in the 2nd Qtr of 1978
Stamped on one side of the blade:
971 PUMA-GAME-WARDEN NEW STAINLESS SUPER KEEN CUTTING STEEL & PUMA GERMANY stamped near the base of the blade
Condition : excellent condition in Box. Some slight age marks as seen in images with a few light marks on the blade but has never been carried or used.
Blade has a slight bit of wobble when opened.
It looks in almost untouched condition with lovely Jacaranda handle and it maintains its original factory edge.
Never Carried or used.
Made by Puma Germany in 1978.
The box is the original Green and Yellow Plastic Box with the original and correct warranty card.
Box has some scratches and one mended crack. Foam is also original but has flattened out in places

A very rare knife with the Game Warden becoming popular at the time and is still one of the most sought after folding knives in the Puma range
