Comes in one of the older style Puma Yellow & Green Plastic Box
(Box is a genuine Puma Box
Model 3573 Boot Knife.
Date Code on the knife is: 26182 which means it was made in the 2nd Half of 1981 and is currently 44 years old and in 97%+ excellent condition.
Overall blade length is 4 1/2", and full length is approx 8" with Puma Solingen Made in Germany Rostfrei Handerbeit Bestell-NR 3573 stamped on the blade with a Rockwell Hardness Test: 55-57 HRC. Full tang.
Comes with an original clip style leather sheath which is in unused condition

This knife is 44 years old and is in excellent condition for age and would be best described as an original knife in 97+% condition.
The knife has been lightly sharpened and no rust on the blade. It has been left in original condition for the Puma Collector and has just a couple of age marks on the spine which would probably polish out.
The beautiful Sambar Antler handle is in great shape as are the rivets with no dings, dents ,scuffs etc and it has a lovely aged look to it.
The leather Boot sheath is in excellent unused condition.
Lovely solid and aged Sambar Deer Antler Handle which is a nice even thickness.
Original Green and Yellow Pumpkins box with base foam cut out and original Puma Sharpening Instructions.
A fine example of a rare model 3573 which are proving harder and harder to find.
