The date stamp on the knife is 23872 and it was made in the 2nd Qtr of 1978

Stamped on the blade is: ORIGINAL-PUMA WAIDLATT

NACH OBERFORSTMEISTER FREVERT BEST:3588 GERMANY HANDARBEIT.

The knife is in almost mint condition with just a few tiny marks and a few marks on the full tang handle as can be seen in the detailed images. These would buff out but we have chosen to keep this knife in original and unmolested condition.

This is a real rarity and only one of these available.
