This is a Camillus NY USMC Combat knife made in NY USA.

This knife model was made famous in the Pacific battles of WWII and this is a similar version made by Camillus to the more readily available KABAR knife which is still produced today and issued to various organisations around the world.

We are not sure of the age of this knife but it is in almost mint condition with just a few age/storage marks on the blade from going in and out of the sheath which can be seen in the detailed images.

Camillus closed its USA factory some years ago with all Camillus knives now being made in China.

Stamped on one side of the blade is: CAMILLUS.NY. and stamped on the other side is U.S.M.C

Stamped on the brown leather sheath is the USMC Stamp and Emblem.

Fully made in the Camillus New York Factory USA

The knife is the US Marine Corp version of the legendary WW II knife offering a full-size 7" flat ground blade with the original straight edge.

Overall length is 12", with a 7" black epoxy powder coated carbon steel blade and dark leather stacked handle.

Comes with original brown leather U.S. Marine Corp sheath.
