Stag Antler Crown Handle.
The blades are heat treated to a 60 Rockwell Hardness.
D2 steel is an air hardening, high carbon and high chromium tool steel possessing extremely high wear-resisting properties. D2 steel is extremely tough and durable and is commonly used in the machining industries to manufacture dies and punches that repeatedly cut other materials. The high chromium content provides good corrosion resistance (but it can and will rust if it is not properly taken care of, such as keeping it well-oiled and out of sheath when stored for a long period of time). The blades are heat treated to a 62 Rockwell hardness. When it does come time to re-sharpen, the blades will hone to a razor edge.
A high quality leather belt sheath is included with the knife.
