Puma Stag Original Hunters Pal Knife. German PUMASTER steel blade. Full Tang. Polished Brass Finger Guard. Genuine Sambar Stag Handle. Comes with original brown leather belt sheath with Puma Emblem on front. Entire knife is Handmade in Germany and is very rare.

This knife is an original PUMASTER Steel Hunters Pal knife from 1970 and is 51 years old and excellent condition for age.
It has been lightly sharpened and polished as can be seen in the images with some of the writing polished out but writing is still visible. There are no nicks etc in the blade, the sheath is in excellent condition as is the plastic Yellow and Green box, although it does not look like the original box.
The handle is a lighter Sambar Deer in accordance with what was available at the time and the overall condition of the knife is very good to excellent.
Although this one is not a mint example, it is an excellent example of this highly sought after Hunters Pal if you are looking for an original Puma Hunters Pal with a bit of age and character this is the perfect knife to be used in the field.
