Deejo knives are ultra light-weight pocket knives designed by 2 Frenchmen with the desire to bring back practical, beautiful and modern pocket knives that can be used everyday.
The blades are made from food-compliant 420B stainless steel, 52 to 54 HRC (Hardness Rockwell C-Scale). As the blades are made from stainless steel, they do rust if not dried properly after each use.
Deejo knives are ideal for everyday use to cut fruit, meat, paper, and small ropes. They are NOT designed to chop wood or hard stuff.
The Deejo knives come in wooden handles, colourful plastic handles, or naked stainless handles. Their blades are either plain, black or tattoo patterned.
We stock 27 gram knives which measure 9 cm closed; and 37 gram knives which measure 11 cm when closed.
