The V-42 was first carried in to combat in WWII by the Devils Brigade and the Marine Raiders.

Double edged knife with Leather Stacked Handle, and Glass Breaker on Pommel.

Comes with a genuine Thigh/Waist held leather sheath. 

This particular model would also work well as a medieval re-enactment dagger.

The original Fairbairn Sykes knife was developed during World War II, when Wilkinson Sword collaborated with Capt. William E Fairbairn and Capt. Eric A Sykes to design a knife for the newly formed British Commando Force. Commonly known as the 'Commando Knife', this knife was arguably the most famous knife of the 20th century.

 A piece of history in this type of Dagger which is still used and preffered by some Specialist Combat Units around the world.
