A rare and very collectable Boker Solingen German Made Tree brand Applegate/Fairbairn Combat Dagger in Desert Sand colours.

Totally unused and almost mint condition in original Desert Camo Kydex Sheath and one of the best examples of these classic knives we have come across.

Super Sharp double edged Dagger blade.

This is a double edged Dagger, and it cannot be shipped to ACT or Victoria due to state restrictions.

Stamped on one side of the blade is the Tree motif and BOKER SOLINGEN with the number 1767 on the hilt.

On the opposite side of the blade are the FairBairn Applegate signatures and the Boker Tree brand logo with BOKER SOLINGEN

Excellent solid example of this classic BOKER Combat Dagger. 

Almost mint condition with just a few very minor storage/handling marks as can be seen in the detailed images. 

The various versions of the Boker Applegate-Fairbairn have been convincing special forces all over the world for years and have emerged as an icon among tactical knives. The knife goes back to the classic Fairbairn-Sykes dagger from World War II and was designed by Col. Rex Applegate. The elite soldier coordinated secret operations throughout Europe during the war and even became President Franklin D. Roosevelt's personal guard. He trained Allied Special Forces in close combat and founded the "School for Spies and Assassins" in today's Camp David. Later he continued to work as a consultant and trainer, wrote numerous books about close quarter combat and began to develop and improve the perfect combat knife.

Fiberglass-reinforced Delrin handle with integrated stainless steel weights, black cross-guard and 440C blade steel. The blade has on the one side a typical double conical dagger grind and on the other side a hollow grind.

The history of Boker can be traced back to the 17^th century. In the 1800’s the German tool maker was producing swords and other blades for use in the various wars that were going on in Europe at the time. In the1860’s the company had split with part of the family emigrating and setting up factories in America. The German and American factories produced similar products.  Both used the “Tree Brand” logo. The “Tree Brand” logo represents the giant chestnut tree that was at the front of the original Boker factory in Remscheid, Germany in the 17^th century.

Browning Model 22 Collectable Knife.

1 of only 2000 made and getting increasingly harder to find in mint unused, unsharpened condition.

Overall length is 9 1/4", and the blade length is 5".

One side of the handle is embossed with the scene of two puppies looking at a rifle.

The handle is made of either, Cocobollo, Rosewood or Walnut wood, with lanyard hole.

Made in Japan. Comes with a solid brown sheath with Browning stamp and a nice Suede Knife roll with the Browning Label on the front and Browning metal head on the zipper pull.

This is a superb, and unique Browning model 22 limited edition collectable hunting knife.

With this being one of the finest models bearing the Browning name.

This knife was commissioned by Browning to be a companion to the Browning Model 22 Firearm and is one of only 2000 made and very collectable.

This is beautifully crafted, and handmade and the knife offers quality, craftsmanship, and performance and is a fine custom knife.

Made by Seki in Japan and the very finest in Browning quality. This model was limited to 2,000 examples and was made around 1990 and they were expensive knives back then, usually priced in the $150-$200 USD range.

Like Solingen in Germany or Sheffield in England,  Seki City has an 800+ year history of steel and blade making and is still home to a wealth of multi-generational, highly skilled craftsman. Seki is one of the world's foremost hotbeds of high-quality knifemaking and is currently producing some of the finest knives on the planet and one of Japan's most renowned makers is Ichiro Hattori who got his start in his father's shop and then went on to make knives for Kershaw, SOG, Browning, Beretta, and many other before opening his own custom shop. Hattori was the contractor for this model and this knife graphically illustrates why his knives are so sought after. His knives are almost constantly sold out and although customers can be placed on a waiting list, no time table is given. Hattori is now in his 70's and has always put quality and perfection before production. The knife has not been used, carried, or sharpened and remains in perfect condition.

The knife comes in its original padded suede storage case. The knife is just beautifully crafted and is of exceptional quality. The way these knives were made is more like a fine custom than a standard production knife. The attention to detail is outstanding! The knives were hand made by highly skilled craftsman and feature the finest in quality and superb fit & finish. This is one of the larger models and it's also the only model I'm aware of that has a bead-blasted blade finish. The other knives are either mirror polished or have a bright satin finish. The thick blade was precisely ground and has a deep profile. The blade was aggressively ground and displays crisp, clean lines. Both sides of the blade were laser etched in a floral motif. The blade is very sharp and it will shave. The blade steel is likely AUS-8, although I've not been able to verify this. The blade has that certain premium-quality feel to it as well.

 The guard was shaped from thick nickel silver and was beautifully executed and the handle is a hard wood of we believe either Cocobollo, Rosewood or Walnut.

Made to Harold Klinkhamer's (designer of this Knife) specifications.

Harold Klinkhamer, owner Klinkhamer Knife Works, Delphi, Indiana designed some very special knives for Buck USA

This 124 Klink Special is stamped BUCK 124 U.S.A. With the Idaho state symbol

The natural handle material (which is natural and all are different) Is made from polished Deer Antler and Iron Wood and what may seem like any blemishes are a natural part of the Antler and wood.

This is a beautiful one of a kind Knife as they all are a little different because of the natural handle materials that are used.

In an email from Harold Klinkhamer of April 2008 he stated: "I am the designer of this particular Knife and I will give you some details, your buyer may be interested in. This is called the KLINK SPECIAL 122/124 NEMO. There were 67 of them made with serial #'s. Those who bought this second Series were allowed to buy extras. Therefore there are 22 that did not have serial #'s on them of which this is one of them".

So in Total there are only 89 of these beautiful knives made for Buck USA and it is very rare and collectable especially here in Australia.

These were made in the USA 2013.

This is a custom made knife by BUCK as a 1993 Duck Unlimited commemorative 192 model knife. It has a laser-etched picture of a pair of mallard drake and duck on the blade. The overall length is 8 1/2", with a 4" 420HC Stainless Steel blade and cocobolo handle. Made in the USA. Comes in a brown tanned leather hand-stitched custom sheath.

This is a nice mint example of a 1995 Buck USA Made 102 Woodsman model.

It has the 'C' mark on the blade which from the Buck dating chart is 1995 and it has a lovely Black leather sheath with the word 'BUCK' stamped diagonally where the new model Bucks are stamped horizontally.

Mint condition, unused and unsharpened and nearly 29 years old. A nice knife for the BUCK collector. 

Blade length is 4", and overall length is 7 6/8".

Comes with a black leather sheath

This is a nice older collectable Buck 1997 Model 692 Vanguard Knife with original Nylon Sheath.

This one has the more collectable sheath with the BUCK logo sewn diagonally (newer models have the BUCK logo sewn horizontally)

Mint, unused condition.

Fully made in the USA which is also stamped on the blade along with 692 USA and the 1997 Buck manufacturing stamp.

Overall length is 8 1/2", with 4 1/8" stainless steel blade.

Full tang blade with a nice factory sharp edge.

Nice solid rubberised anti-slip handle with brass finger guard and brass pommel.

Comes with Buck's Black Nylon 191/192 belt sheath with Closure Stud.

Made in the Buck factory 27 years ago in the USA and quite hard to find in this condition.

This is a nice almost mint example of a 2005 Buck USA Made 102 Woodsman model.

It has the Anvil mark on the blade which from the Buck dating chart is 2005 and it has a lovely Black leather sheath with the word 'BUCK' stamped horizontally.

Almost mint condition, unused and unsharpened and nearly 19 years old. A nice knife for the BUCK collector. (Few very minor storage marks here and there)
